Masai Shuka
Maasai Shuka is a traditional fabric originating in East Africa, worn by the Maasai people, mainly from Kenya and Tanzania. It’s a cotton plaid fabric, often in the form of a blanket, with bright red and blue colors. The Maasai identity is often defined by colorful beaded necklaces, an iron rod (used as a weapon), and, of course, the iconic red shuka cloth.
